Insulation is installed with ALL new roofs, which significantly improves energy efficiency and reduces carbon emissions by reducing energy consumption.
All new roof installations are notified to your local authority (council) by law. For your peace of mind Boro Roofing is Accredited by the Competent Roofing Scheme, this means we are able to complete all necessary and legal procedures on your behalf and issue Certification on completion of the work. This is important if you come to sell your house/property as this certification means your roof has been completed to the highest standard required in both parts and labour.
Slating
Slate is a natural product and is extremely hard wearing and when laid properly will provide a watertight textured roof lasting for many years.
We only use top quality materials with a T1, S1, A1 Ratings, usually with a 75 Year Guarantee.
Being a natural product it has many variations in texture and colour.
Tiling
Tiling comes in a variety of materials, Concrete and Clay being the most common. They are available in a wide range of natural colours and can be laid in a variety of design options.

Guttering
Supply and install Guttering and Fall Pipes.
Defective rainwater guttering can be a source of many damp problems. The guttering and pipe work are designed to carry rainwater away from your property, if they are not properly maintained, the water can run down the outside or inside walls eventually causing damage within the structure.
Often problems are only apparent whilst it is raining, so keep a look out when it is raining for any rainwater leaking from gutters or running where it should not.
